Feel Whole Again

Your Humanistic Guide to Healthcare

Feel Whole Again: Your Humanistic Guide to Healthcare focuses on empowering individuals to tap into their natural capacity for wellness. The book emphasizes the subjective, human-centered elements of health—specifically our thoughts, feelings, and emotions—and highlights the significance of these aspects for healthcare professionals. Our beliefs about our inherent ability to achieve health, along with the language that reinforces these beliefs, shape whether we concentrate on illness or well-being. Feel Whole Again explores the interplay of thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and emotions that ultimately influence our overall health.

I hope this book empowers you to uncover your personal strength and appreciate the importance of your intuition. It aims to provide you with tools to navigate medical conventions while finding harmony between your inner feelings and external evidence. My goal is to share the enthusiasm I have for achieving wholeness and to help you identify the obstacles that hinder it. Ultimately, I want you to view this book as a resource for gaining your personal freedom in health.

In this book, you will discover the influence of your thoughts, emotions, and feelings, and how to leverage these subjective experiences to enhance and optimize your health. Topics covered include:

  • Emotions that drain energy, such as confusion, frustration, and hopelessness.

  • Energy-fostering emotions like feeling recognized, empowered, and appreciated.

  • A “success list” designed to help you navigate your journey towards feeling complete once more.

This book is for you if you’ve ever felt dismissed, overlooked, or that your voice didn’t count during visits to healthcare providers.

Feel Whole Again is a nonfiction book aimed at those who are struggling with their health or have had negative experiences with the healthcare system. It encourages readers to take charge and become empowered in their choices for the first time.

For the entirety of my career I have felt called to help people rediscover the excellent state of health for which their body was designed. Sadly, most of modern healthcare wants you to believe that you were designed to be ill and destined to suffer. This symptomatic management approach is a farse. You were designed to thrive and feel whole!

I believe that a humanistic approach to healthcare – one where your thoughts, feelings, and emotions are just as important as objective data – is the most appropriate path for those people who desire feeling their best. My book, Feel Whole Again – Your Humanistic Guide to Healthcare, is in the revision and editing phase. In order to bring it to life and change the landscape of healthcare to one where physicians and patients feel connected and work collaboratively, I am asking for your support with my presale campaign.
